DEBI NOEL is a busy performer who sings with us in the Jewel Tones. She also vocalizeswith the Three of Hearts and the Celtic Heart Tones, plays steel drums with the Steel Magnolias, and teaches private voice, piano and a touch of accordion. As a retired music teacher, she directs a church youth choir for the First Congregational Church and serves as adjunct instructor for Pacific University and TAG tester for the Eugene School District.
