DEAN LIVELYBROOKS, a geophysicist at the University of Oregon, has been playing string bass since the fourth grade. His Eugene performances include the University Theater’s production of Cabaret, Mainstage Theater Company’s performance of Brigadoon and as a member of the jazz trio for Radio Redux. In addition, he performs with the Deer and Antelope Band as a singer and bassist.
